Had a really messed up week?

Light up a candle to calm your mind and spirit and let all your problems sink away into the bottom of the bath tub.

GO OUTSIDE - Nowadays, teenagers are all crammed inside their little room with nothing but their phones beeping away, their computers or laptops clicking away. Make time to cherish yourself and give yourself a break in between your hectic life, head outside for a couple of minutes and go for a 20 minute stroll along the footpath.
